Chris DeVore

 Chris DeVore will read from his published books as well as share new writings, including selections from the draft of his new novel, currently titled Thought Drunk Ink. DeVore will also address his experiences with the writing and publishing process, and be available for questions.

Chris DeVore, author of Catching the Flathead Monster, The Literary Detective, and his third novel, A Palatable Past, which was released by PublishAmerica is a journalist and bookshop owner. He grew up in Polson, Montana, and earned his literature degree from the University of Puget Sound. Following stints in Ellensburg, Washington, and Albany, Oregon, he currently resides in Mountain Home, Idaho, with his wife, Hannah, and their three children.  He is an active member of the community and serves on the Mountain Home Arts Council’s Board of Directors and is a member of the Literary Arts Committee.
